Arbitration

shad-repeat

Arbitration is an out-of-court means of dispute resolution. When parties have a disagreement an arbitrator is appointed by its governing body as a neutral third-party that reviews the case to determine what action should be taken and will determine the terms under which the dispute will be settled. The decision of the arbitrator is final and under nearly all circumstances legally binding.

The process can be lengthy and dependent upon the size of the case can last from 4 months through to 18 months. In any event you need to be properly prepared with a full understanding of your case. TEAM will do this for you!
